Cheryl Cole has flown out to America following her performance at the Brit Awards yesterday evening. The three Words vocalist was snapped without her wedding band as she waited for an early morning flight to L. A. . The 26-year-old allegedly prepared the trip last month to record new songs and isn’t escaping the present media interest surrounding her wedding to man Ashley. “Cheryl Cole is going to America for writing and recording sessions,” a representative for the star said to the Daily Mail. “This is a session that was booked last month. She’s away for a week. We have no further comment to make.”

The next Cheryl Cole single is called Parachute and will be released in March 2010.

Ashley was last week at the center of a scandal after it appeared that he purportedly sent sex texts and X-rated pictures to a blonde secretary in 2008.
