ow does one outline your Well-being ? How does it show up in your life now? About fifteen years back, I ask myself these questions many times. When I was in my early thirties, I watched my body, my condition my feelings and my sense of self slip away. I didn’t know what it felt like to wake up with a purpose and the will to go forward. I needed to get a grip on my life and find a better method of living, one that would augment the standard of my life as I aged. After researching, soul looking, teaching and outlining what was crucial to me, I have come to accept that incorporating wellness habits into your life on an everyday basis is the key. I recognise that wellbeing is totally unique to everybody, it embodies every side of your life and needs work, determination and commitment to cause change. This implies well-ness is a choice. After I realized it was a choice, I found the way to tap directly into my self strength and saw a period of change as a chance to be a better me.
Well-ness is a choice. It specifies that you do something everyday to respect your body, mind and spirit. Achieving well-ness means seizing control and directing your life where you would like it to go.
It suggests you are commanding all sides of your life : physical, career, relations, finances, non secular, environment and emotional well-being. As you know, this is easier to say than to do. The compendium definition of well-ness is : the state of ideal contentment, not just the absence of sickness, but a better quality of life springing from augmented physical, psychological, and religious health. Many of us aren’t ready to do the work to attain wellbeing and go into denial about how well they are. After a bit they find comfort inside their denial and use it as a coping technique to avoid more serious problems. They are going to continue avoiding tiny issues till a major crisis develops, and occasionally even then it does not trigger any action. The sectors of life somebody thinks about in the secrecy of their heart ( or alone in the dark ) are precisely the areas needing to be honored–the mind, body and spirit.
